1. General Provisions
555sr (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 555sr.
In these Terms, "Services" refers to the 555sr website, mobile interface, gaming software, customer support system, and any related digital services.

2. Membership & Account
2.1 Registration

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
555sr may request relevant documents to verify your identity at any time. 555sr reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses until verification is complete. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued ID.

- The account may only be used for yourself; using it on behalf of or for a third party is prohibited.
- It is the member's responsibility to keep account information up to date.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility
555sr's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Registration attempts by minors are strictly prohibited.
At the time of registration, you declare that you are at least 21 years old and that there are no legal restrictions preventing you from participating in online gaming from your current location.
555sr may at any time direct you to submit relevant documents for age verification purposes. Account activity may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited at 555sr through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) may be used.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the member's name.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- It may take some time for the deposited amount to be confirmed.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts. Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- 555sr reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious transactions for review.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
555sr offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Examples of the bonus cap: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 gives a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the sum of deposit and bonus). For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
- Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
- Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified period after claiming the bonus.
5.3 Other Promotions
555sr may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page. 555sr reserves the right to cancel bonuses if account activity aimed at exploiting bonus benefits or inconsistent betting patterns is detected.
6. Gaming Rules
All games operated on 555sr are governed by the rules of the respective game providers. The rules for each game are available within the game interface.
- Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
- In the event of a technical error, 555sr reserves the right to take appropriate action following a review.
- 555sr is not responsible for game disruptions caused by internet disconnection.
- The information and results displayed in the game, as recorded on 555sr's servers, shall be considered final.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the gaming system is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555sr platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts under one person's name.

- Gaming using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by 555sr
555sr may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Failure to meet age eligibility requirements.
8.2 Closure by the Member

9. Limitation of Liability
555sr is not liable for the following:
- Gaming losses due to internet disconnection or device issues.
- Technical problems or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

555sr's liability shall at no time exceed a defined limit, generally capped at the total transaction amount related to the specific matter in question.
